Gutti is a gut health tracking application that helps you:

• Track your meals and analyze their nutritional content
• Monitor how foods affect your gut health and energy levels
• Identify potential food sensibilities through AI-powered pattern analysis
• Receive personalized nutrition tips and recommendations

Important: Gutti is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Our insights are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.

2. Your Account

2.1 Account Creation

You can use Gutti by creating an account through:

• Apple Sign-In
• Email registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gutti. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent.

3. How You Can Use Gutti

4. Subscription & Payments

Gutti offers premium features through a subscription:

• Weekly subscription option
• Monthly subscription option
• Annual subscription option

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before that date.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through:

• iOS: App Store → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play → Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Your Content & Data

5.1 Meal Photos & Information

When you upload meal photos or enter meal information:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us permission to process and analyze your data to provide our services
• Your photos are analyzed by AI to identify ingredients and nutritional content

5.2 Health Data

We collect and process:

• Meal information and timestamps
• Gut wellness ratings and check-in responses
• Food preferences and sensibilities
• Water intake logs

This data is used to provide personalized insights and recommendations.

5.3 Data Deletion
